We offer preferential rates for residents of Shipley Parish and we will consider hourly rates (up to a maximum of two hours) and regular user discounts at the discretion of the committee. Please contact us for further information.
Charges include use of Village Hall equipment, e.g. Tables & Chairs, use of Kitchen etc. Our Tables and Chairs can be hired separately for independent events (see details below).

Charity Gift Aid Declaration – single donation

Coolham Village Hall hire charges - 1st May 2024 - 31st December 2024
Adjacent to Coolham Village Hall are the Coolham playing fields, which do not form part of the Coolham Village Hall Hire Agreement.
Hirers wishing to utilise this area other than for normal recreation eg. to stage an event, erect a marquee or organise a BBQ – must contact Shipley Parish Council who will advise of any licenses or permissions required.

Tables and chairs can also be hired from Coolham Village Hall £2 per table, 50 pence per chair
*Sessions are broken down into am (08:00 - 13:00), pm (13:01 - 18:00) or evening (18:01 - 24:00). Hirers can book more than one session. Hire packages for booking of more than one session per event will be considered by the Committee at their discretion.
